Customs Officer

Serving in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) means you'll be part of an elite team dedicated to safeguarding our nation.

As a CBPO, your mission will be to protect America's borders while facilitating legitimate trade and travel. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in keeping our communities safe from threats both foreign and domestic.

• Your primary responsibility will be enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws at official ports of entry throughout the United States.
• You'll also conduct inspections on individuals, cargo, vehicles, aircraft, vessels,
  and baggage upon arrival or departure from any port or place within the territorial limits
  of the U.S., its possessions.
  
• CBPs are known for their exceptional work ethic & strong sense of camaraderie making it easy for them
  to take on challenging roles like conducting interviews with potential violators who may pose
  dangers to national security!
