*Job Overview*
The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) is a strategic leadership role responsible for directing complex, multi-phase, high-revenue technology initiatives across enterprise and partner-driven environments. This individual provides executive-level oversight, full financial accountability, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful delivery of professional services engagements.
The Sr. PM serves as the primary authority for project governance, profitability, risk management, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a highly experienced, PMP-certified project management professional capable of leading enterprise-level engagements within a fast-paced VAR / IT services environment.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology deployments while maintaining strong P&L discipline and executive communication skills.
The PM is responsible for planning, developing, and managing projects while ensuring performance and progress align with documented objectives. They also ensure projects meet established revenue and expense goals. The PM works independently and demonstrates a high degree of initiative in problem-solving and implementing solutions.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Lead complex, multi-phase IT infrastructure and networking projects
* Maintain full P&L accountability and ensure profitability targets are met
* Oversee scope, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and change control
* Conduct executive-level status meetings with customers and partners
* Serve as escalation point for internal and external stakeholders

*QUALIFICATIONS*
* PMP certification required
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 8+ years of project management experience
* 5+ years managing enterprise IT / infrastructure projects
* Experience in VAR, MSP, or technology professional services strongly preferred
* Strong financial management and margin awareness
* Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
