About
On a day‑to‑day basis, you help secure operations, structure critical information, and support strategic initiatives related to capital markets and wealth management.
Your role
- Maintain and evolve internal procedures, legal templates, and knowledge repositories to ensure relevance, compliance, and accessibility.
- Coordinate and structure the collection, organization, and review of transactional documentation related to private investments, wealth management, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and validate documentation required for know‑your‑client and anti‑money laundering activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and traceability of information.
- Optimize and deploy legal processes, tools, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and workflow across the sector.
- Manage and monitor contracts, signature processes, and document execution in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Contribute and collaborate on cross‑functional legal and corporate projects, including legislative and regulatory monitoring related to capital markets and wealth management.

Requirements
- Diploma in legal techniques or equivalent education, with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate environment.
- Proven experience in transactional support, document management, or legal operations.
- Experience in process optimization and implementation of best practices within a legal department.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and document management tools.
- Knowledge of environments related to capital markets and wealth management.
