Quality Management: Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing project deliverables, with the ability to ensure that every project delivery meets the quality needs of the brief, best practices, and client expectations.
Communications Management: Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and articulate communication with team members and clients from different backgrounds and time zones.
Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and properly respond to project risks, including scope changes, dealing with project unknowns, and production overages.
Stakeholder Management: Guide and manage stakeholders (clients, partners, internal teams) throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring they are aligned with the objectives, scope of work, budget, and timelines.
Organization: Juggle a varied workload (e.g fast-paced support requests and large-scale web projects) and prioritize time effectively.
