About
• 7 years of experience in software testing quality engineering
• Proven experience leading QA or Quality Engineering teams
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and define quality engineering and test strategy across teams
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks
• Coach and mentor Quality Engineers on best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum teams
• Ensure quality across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Embed quality practices within CICD pipelines Track and report quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
