Your role with us:
Reporting to the Business Process Optimization Manager, the Business Analyst is responsible for supporting Project Managers and cross-functional team leaders by analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes using Agile or hybrid Waterfall–Agile methodologies. The Business Analyst role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are clearly defined, effectively implemented, and aligned with organizational objectives.
(14-month temporary maternity leave coverage)
You will bring to the role:
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar business analyst roles.
Business Analyst Certificate is required.
CCBA certification or equivalent business analysis credential is required.
Experience supporting Project Managers and using Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of the Agile project management methodology.
Experience creating work instructions and training documents.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably Infor Syteline.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with business users and technical teams.
The ability to work in a confidential manner.
