We're looking for someone with:
Secret clearance
A minimum of 24 months' experience at a supervisory level in a Government of Canada capital equipment acquisition project environment
Demonstrated experience co-authoring at least one Statement of Operational Requirements (SOR) for a federal capital equipment project within the last 10 years
Experience developing key acquisition documentation such as Business Case Analyses, Project Charters, RFIs, RFPs, Strategic Context Documents, and related Project Approval Process (PAP) deliverables
Experience working with DND, CAF, PSPC, ISED, RCMP, or CBSA on capital equipment acquisition initiatives
This is a 4-year (2 initial + 2 option), full-time, hybrid contract in the National Capital Region.
