Job Description
I am an online entrepreneur currently expanding my digital business and looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support operational and marketing growth.
My audience and communication are primarily in French, so strong written and spoken French skills are essential for this role.
This is a long-term collaboration for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with marketing systems and automation tools.
Responsibilities
Website updates (WordPress / landing pages)
Creating and optimizing automations
Updating workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL)
Building and maintaining sales funnels in GHL
Scheduling social media content
Email marketing setup and scheduling
Basic video editing (short-form content)
Customer support via email (in French)
Creating client dashboards in Notion
Ideal Candidate
Strong written and spoken French (mandatory for client communication)
Experience with GoHighLevel
Comfortable building funnels and automations
Detail-oriented and structured
Able to work independently
Experience supporting online businesses is a strong plus
