About
We are looking for an experienced SEO outreach specialist to contact publishers and bloggers from an existing vetted website list and secure editorial placements at negotiated rates.
This is NOT cold prospecting from scratch. You will be working from a pre-qualified outreach list. Your role is relationship building, negotiation, and placement execution.
We operate in the printing, events, architecture, and business niches, targeting high-quality editorial backlinks that increase authority, rankings, and organic visibility.
This will begin as a test project and expand into ongoing weekly work for the right person.
Contact website owners and editors from provided outreach list
Pitch guest posts or niche edit opportunities
Negotiate pricing and turnaround times with publishers
Secure contextual editorial placements (dofollow links)
Coordinate content requirements with publishers
Submit opportunities for approval before payment
Quality & Metrics Verification (Required)
Each opportunity must include verified SEO metrics before approval:
Domain Rating (DR) or Domain Authority (DA)
Estimated organic traffic
Confirmation the site is indexed in Google
Niche relevance review
Screenshot or exported metrics report
Metrics may be verified using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent professional SEO tools.
All outreach activity must be tracked in a shared Google Sheet including:
Website URL
Contact status (Contacted / Negotiating / Approved / Live)
Publisher contact email
Placement type (Guest Post or Niche Edit)
Negotiated price
DR / DA
Organic traffic estimate
Anchor text used
Target URL
Live placement URL
Date placed
Daily updates to the spreadsheet are required.
Required Experience
Proven blogger outreach or link-building experience
Experience negotiating editorial placements
Understanding of high-quality backlinks vs low-quality networks
Access to professional SEO tools for metrics validation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: SEO Backlinking, Off-Page SEO
