We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant who can work in the Eastern Time (Toronto) timezone.
The workload is not extremely high pressure — however, availability and fast response time are critical. Most of our leads are hot and ready to book, so there is absolutely no room for delays or missed messages.
We are specifically looking for someone with:
Experience in home service CSR or lead management
Experience handling incoming calls, texts, and website form leads
CRM experience (Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar is a plus)
Strong written and spoken English
Professional communication skills
Stable internet connection
Proficient with computers
Having CSR experience is completely fine — we can train you about our services. Understanding the tasks will not take long and is not complicated. We just need someone who is a quick learner, reliable, responsive, and comfortable using a computer daily.
All types of VAs are encouraged to apply, as long as you are dependable, available during Eastern Time hours, and confident communicating with customers.
Your main role will be:
Responding quickly to new leads
Following up on estimates
Booking jobs
Keeping CRM organized
Again — the job itself is manageable.
But being available during working hours and responding fast is the key.
