About
I'm looking for a results-driven outreach specialist who can manage campaigns end-to-end from lead sourcing and setup to campaign execution and reporting.
Responsibilities may include:
ICP research & lead sourcing
List cleaning & enrichment
Cold email setup (Instantly/Smartlead or similar)
Deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, inbox warm-up)
Writing & optimizing sequences
LinkedIn outreach & follow-up flows
Tracking and reporting key metrics (open rate, reply rate, positive replies, meetings booked)
I'm not looking for a basic VA. I need someone who understands performance, optimization, and how to generate qualified conversations.
Please include measurable results from past campaigns (meetings booked, reply rates, revenue generated, etc.) and the tools you used.
This is a performance-focused role with potential for ongoing work.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 10 hours per week.
