Whitmore Academy is a 1 hour 20 minute British‑Indian teen drama with a mystery twist, set in a strict UK boarding school. The story follows Tara, a 16‑year‑old Indian girl who uncovers an imposter teacher and finds her courage in a rigid system.
We are hiring a director who can lead creative development and assemble the full production team, including casting the lead actress and three male roles.

What We Need
We are hiring one director who can:
Cast 4 actors
- 1 Indian teenage girl (age 16 or looks 16) for the lead role: Tara
- 3 adult male roles:
- Headteacher Whitmore
- Real teacher (Mr. Collin)
- Imposter teacher
Hire the core production crew
- Camera operator or full camera team
- Makeup artist
- Costume/dress stylist
- (Optional) Sound recordist
- (Optional) Lighting assistant
Screenplay + Actress Integration
The director will ensure the lead actress (16‑year‑old Indian girl) is fully integrated into:
- The screenplay
- Character development
