**Crucial Note: This role requires Live Posting.
Because my content relies on native Instagram music and trending audio, you cannot use a scheduler. You must be available to log in and post manually during specific windows.
The Workflow:
Frequency: 5 posts per week (1x daily).
Mandatory Days: Sunday and Monday. You choose the other 3 days.
Live Posting Window: Between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM Melbourne Time (AEDT/AEST).
What You'll Be Doing:
Manual Publishing: You will receive a weekly folder of content. You'll be responsible for uploading, finding and adding the designated native music/trending audio, and hitting "Share" live.
Persona Captioning: Writing short, snappy captions in my "persona." I'll provide the context (activities/topics); you provide the fun, slightly silly "voice."
Quality Check: Ensuring the music is synced correctly and the post looks native and high-quality.
Who You Are:
The "Alarm" Personality: Since this is live posting, I need someone who is disciplined enough to have an alarm set and never miss the 6–9 PM Melbourne window.
IG Native: You know how to navigate the music library, find specific tracks, and use the in-app editor quickly.
Fluent English: You can write casual, modern English that sounds like a person, not a brand.
Project Details:
Consistency is King: This is simple work, but it requires 100% reliability.
Paid Trial: 1-week trial to ensure you're comfortable with the timing and the "voice."
