About

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to create a cash advance liquidation form using Microsoft Forms, integrated with Form Range or other suitable add-ons. The ideal candidate will have experience in form design and integration, ensuring a smooth user experience and functionality.
One of the most important features is that there has to be a control number. When it is grabbed from different locations in the country or in the world, it should have a sequential control number.
In the end, I should still be able to adjust and revise the forms, etc.
If you have a strong understanding of Microsoft Forms and can deliver a high-quality product, we would love to hear from you. Please include relevant samples of previous work in your application.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
