About

We are seeking a skilled land development planner to create three distinct options for subdividing a multi-acre tract. The project includes maximizing the number of tracts while incorporating efficient road designs. Ideal candidates should have experience in land planning and an understanding of zoning regulations. The deliverables will include detailed plans and layouts that optimize both land use and accessibility. If you have a background in civil engineering, urban planning, or landscape architecture, we would love to hear from you. i would require a fast turnaround of about 24 hours for basic options then longer timeline when we zero in on something we want
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: Autodesk AutoCAD, Graphic Design, Architectural Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
