Sweet Relish is an omni-channel communication platform serving over 300 automotive dealerships nationwide. We help dealerships improve customer communication through phone calls, text messages, and emails, driving better response times, higher conversion rates, and improved BDC performance.
The Technical Client Manager will own the onboarding and post-onboarding technical relationship for a portfolio of dealership clients. This is a client-facing, technical support and optimization role focused on driving maximum performance from the Sweet Relish platform, ensuring quick issue resolution, and helping clients achieve top-tier results from their BDC operations. You will act as the primary technical point of contact, combining hands-on ticket management, system configuration expertise, performance consulting, and proactive outreach to keep clients running at peak efficiency.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical account management, client success, or client-facing technical support roles
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex system issues
Experience with CRM and/or DMS systems; automotive industry experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proficiency with project management and ticketing systems experience a plus)
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage weekly checklist completion across multiple accounts
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
