Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a U.S.-based professional with proven HR experience and expert-level proficiency in CRM platforms, EHR systems, and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, organized environment and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, employee life cycle management, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full employee life cycle: onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and compliance.
• Conduct and document performance evaluations in alignment with company standards.
• Utilize CRM tools and EHR platforms to track personnel data, workflow updates, and communications.
• Maintain, analyze, and organize HR-related data using advanced Google Sheets skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Support daily operations and serve as administrative point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and compliance audits.
• Implement and update HR policies in accordance with federal and state employment laws.
Qualifications:
Must have experience Ms working with U.S. based companies and available during U.S. hours and weekend
• Minimum 3 years of HR management or relevant experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and EHR platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Self-motivated, efficient, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Compensation:
• Hourly Pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Incentive and Bonus Structure based on performance metrics, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
