We're a fast-growing DTC pet supplement brand creating scroll-stopping ads that actually convert. Our creative drives everything - and we need an AI designer who can keep up with our pace and ambition.
The Role
You'll be our in-house AI design expert, creating 1-2 high-quality AI-generated designs daily. Same day or next day turnaround. No excuses, no "almost there" - just work you're genuinely proud of. This isn't a side gig. This is a full-time position for someone who wants to grow with us and become an integral part of our creative team.
What You'll Create

∙ UGC-style ads and content
∙ Video ads and creative for social platforms
∙ Whatever else we dream up together
How We Work
We provide full briefs and creative direction for every project. Your job is to take our ad concepts and bring them to life - mimicking the vision we provide while adding your expertise to make it real. We also have course material on how to create the best AI-generated videos that we'll share with you. We need someone coachable and cooperative who's willing to learn our process and continuously improve.
What We're Looking For
Non-Negotiables:
∙ Expert-level proficiency in AI video tools: Sora 2, Kling, HeyGen, Higgsfield, VEO3
∙ Experience with Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway
∙ Proven experience creating ads for DTC brands
∙ Video editing skills (for podcasts, UGC-style content)
∙ Portfolio that makes us say "we NEED this person"
∙ Takes genuine pride in their craft - every brief gets your best work

∙ Can take a brief and run with it - no hand-holding required
∙ Coachable and open to feedback
∙ Understand direct response marketing and what makes people stop scrolling
