Answer phones
Triage email inboxes
Send tax organizers & document requests
Track missing documents
Schedule calls & meetings
Send invoices
Follow up on various tasks
Manage Canopy/CRM tasks
Extension reminders
Manage client tracker
& basically everything else in between (hopefully)
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Data Entry, Microsoft Office, Virtual Assistance, Email Management, Scheduling, Writing, Organizational Background, Leadership Development, Administrative Support, Calendar Management, Executive Support, Communications
