This is a one-time, high-quality project for a professional who understands performance, UX, and clean development—not a template flip.
Our current site:
The Framer site was built less than a year ago and can be used as the source for all content and layout.
Please confirm whether you provide SEO services or if your work is strictly design and development. We already have SEO support available if needed.
Project Goals:
• Seamless migration from Framer → WordPress
• Maintain (or improve) current design, layout, and functionality
• Deliver a fast, user-friendly, visually polished, enterprise-level website
• Ensure full ownership and transfer of all website files, code, and rights
Key Requirements:
• Expert-level WordPress development experience
• Strong understanding of Framer (content/layout extraction or rebuild)
• Excellent eye for design and UX (must look premium and professional)
• Site speed and performance optimization is critical
• Clean, scalable, well-structured build (no bloated themes)
Functional Requirements:
• Careers page with application functionality allowing users to:
• Submit an application
• Upload a resume
• Upload a driver's license
• Intuitive admin backend for managing submissions
• Mobile-responsive and cross-browser compatible
Deliverables:
• Fully functional WordPress website matching the current Framer site
• Optimized for speed, SEO-ready, and user-friendly
• All files, credentials, and full ownership transferred upon completion
• Clear documentation if custom functionality is built
Nice to Have (Not Required):
• Experience migrating Framer → WordPress specifically
• Experience building high-end corporate, construction, or industrial websites
