About the Role:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead for our Technology & IT Services Management team.  Reporting to the Manager, Business Applications the ServiceNow Technical Lead will oversee the design and development of ServiceNow solutions at CAAT, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and adherence to platform best practices. The successful incumbent will serve as the primary technical lead for developers, translating business requirements into effective platform capabilities and guiding end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow implementations while overseeing the team's deliverables.

As the Newest Member of our Team, You'll:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.

  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and vendors and act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related escalations, decisions, and strategic planning.

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and align expectations.

  • Collaborate with PMO, business units, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new capabilities.

  • Architect and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and App Engine.

  • Lead development of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations with third-party systems.

  • Drive the strategic roadmap for platform upgrades and feature adoption while identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation; conduct post-implementation reviews to contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.

  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.

To Succeed, You Bring:

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including leadership of platform delivery.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS and CAD certifications preferred.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise service management.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.

The target hiring salary for this position is $103,800 - $129,800. Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
