We're looking for a stellar Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Fintel Connect. This new position is pivotal in amplifying our development capacity and driving innovation in our affiliate marketing product. If you're passionate about cutting-edge technology, distributed systems, and the seamless integration of DevOps, this role is tailor-made for you.
The Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN Stack, Postgres DB.
- Strong grasp of SOLID principles and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
- Build and consume GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
- Proven experience with writing unit tests for their code.
- Experience building modern, scalable and performant React applications.
- Keen on learning new technologies as per project requirements.
- Innovative Problem Solving - Constantly seek out and implement effective solutions to complex challenges, aligning with departmental and business objectives.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and participate in Code review process.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in web development.
- Architectural Excellence – Understanding of various distributed architectures to construct a scalable, resilient system.
The Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, primarily working with the MERN Stack.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Distributed Systems Knowledge: In-depth understanding of distributed architectures and the ability to evaluate and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, to integrate and deploy new technologies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for overcoming challenges and driving continuous improvement.
