About the Program:

  • Purpose : Our program aims to bridge the gap between education and professional life. As a intern, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and contribute to real-world projects.

  • Eligibility Criteria :

    • Underrepresented Group : We encourage candidates who have identified themselves as part of an underrepresented or marginalized group to apply.

    • Age Requirement : Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

    • Availability : You must be available Monday through Friday during business hours

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the quarterly security controls attestation process. 

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and controls. 

  • Ensure alignment of IT processes with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Provide assistance and support during internal and third-party audits or IT related assessments.

  • Prepare GRC reports.

  • Maintain documentation related to governance, risk, and compliance activities.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled or completed a post-secondary program in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • Basic understanding of information security principles and practices. 

  • Familiarity with Governance Risk and Compliance frameworks. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

  • Knowledge of Power BI.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Highway 407 ETR is an all-electronic open-access toll highway located in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. The highway spans 108 kilometres from Burlington in the west to Pickering in the east. 

407 International Inc. is the sole shareholder of 407 ETR and is owned by: 

  • Cintra Global S.E. which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ferrovial S.A %);

  • Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) and other institutional investors (44.20%); and
