About

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Functional Analyst to join our dynamic D2C Solution Delivery team in BRP’s Montreal office. In this role, you will help shape, define, and validate functional and business requirements for BRP’s Direct‑to‑Consumer solutions, while supporting the full application lifecycle-from requirement gathering to operational support. Business Analysts with a strong technical background are also encouraged to apply.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Contribute to the development of initial technical requirements in collaboration with project and solution partners, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business needs.

  • Validate that technical specifications and proposed architectures meet business and functional requirements, while guiding key contributors through development, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Participate in the scoping, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of cross‑functional projects, as well as continuous improvement initiatives across the D2C ecosystem.

  • Provide input on product, tool, and methodology selection, contributing to strategic decisions by leveraging industry trends and ensuring solutions remain scalable and aligned with the overall technology vision.

  • Serve as a steward of functional best practices, maintaining up‑to‑date documentation and promoting adherence to technical and industry standards within project delivery and application support teams.

  • Oversee the transition from project delivery to operational support, ensuring a smooth handoff through clear documentation, knowledge transfer, and the development and delivery of training materials for end‑users and support teams.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Degree in computer science, business technology, or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in an enterprise technology environment

  • Knowledge of ecommerce retail processes 

  • Strong ability to analyze business/technical requirements and design effective solutions

  • Experience with enterprise systems and integrations

  • Adaptability in fast‑changing retail environments

  • Strong communication skills (French & English)

  • Experience with LLMs or agentic platforms is a plus.

EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMS & PLATFORMS AN IMPORTANT ASSET:

  • Order Management: Manhattan Omni, Kibo, etc

  • ERP: SAP S/4HANA or similar

  • eCommerce: Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce, Shopify, etc.

  • Payments: Braintree, Adyen, Shop Pay, etc.

  • CRM: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics

  • Marketing / CDP: Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium, etc.
