Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Experience:
• 36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.

- Required Skills: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablator atherectomy, Genitourinary Studies/Procedures, Catheter/drain exchange, Internal/external biliary drainage, Vascular Studies/Procedures, TIPS (Trans jugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt), Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulogram/declots), Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Venous Access, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines), Accessing/Managing Ports, PICC Lines- Care and Maintenance, Central Venous Lines- Care and Maintenance, Equipment and Devices, Siemens, Philips, Procedural Responsibilities, Equipment set up, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience.
Unit and facility details: IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities. Exceptions include: Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.
Shift & Scheduling: Call Required: Minimum 2 days a week and every 3rd weekend.
Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by.
Other Requirements:
- References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
2 references from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required after submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
