About
On the product side, you'll refine onboarding, profile discovery, and percentage-based matching logic so the experience feels clear and trustworthy — not algorithm-heavy. On the operational side, you'll redesign complex tables and dashboards, improving hierarchy and readability without reducing information density. The interface must stay powerful but feel calm. You'll define the visual language, create a scalable design system in Figma, redesign key screens (mobile + dashboard), and prepare developer-ready files for implementation.
We're looking for someone with real SaaS or admin panel experience — especially with data-heavy interfaces. Strong behavioral UX thinking and visual discipline are essential. When applying, share one dashboard/admin example and one consumer-facing product if available.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
