About
We're looking for a highly organised, detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant to support operations for a fast-paced coaching and events business.
This is a systems and accuracy role, not general admin.
100% accuracy is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
* Post call schedules (dates, times, links) to Facebook groups, email & SMS
* Schedule email/text reminders using Keap, Go High Level (GHL) & ClickSend
* Maintain and update Google Sheets trackers
* Compile weekly outstanding payment reports from Stripe
* Upload training videos into Kartra
* Create forms and basic setups in GHL
* Test links, automations, and data before publishing/sending
Requirements
* Experience with Keap, GHL, Kartra, Stripe, Google Sheets
* Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven
* Strong written English
* Reliable, organised, and proactive communicator
* Comfortable following SOPs and recurring workflows
Working Structure
* ≤30 hours per week
* Mix of daily, weekly, monthly and one-off tasks
