About
I want to create a cloud architecture for real time genomic pipeline processing, my front end is ready in react. I just need someone to complete the backend using aws where .fastq files will be uploaded then they will go through tools like fadtqc, multiqc and ensemble and generate downloadable result in and ensemble format.
