Job Description
We run an English education brand called Crystal Clear English.
Our audience: Spanish-speaking professionals who want to eliminate Spanglish and speak with authority in English.
We are looking for a designer to significantly improve the quality and impact of our YouTube thumbnails.
This is not a quick Canva template job.
We need thumbnails that:
• Pop immediately in the YouTube feed
• Communicate authority and clarity
• Look clean, modern, and professional
• Increase click-through rate
• Feel consistent as a series

Scope of Work
We need:
• 10–12 high-quality thumbnail designs
• Built in Canva (so we can make minor text edits internally)
• Delivered in an editable Canva format
• Consistent visual identity across the series
The thumbnails will cover educational topics (grammar mistakes, credibility errors, business expressions, etc.).
We already have:
• Brand colours
• Brand fonts
• Logo
• Clear positioning
What we need is:
A designer who understands visual hierarchy, contrast, emotion, and YouTube performance.

What Success Looks Like
The thumbnails should:
• Be bold but not childish
• Avoid clutter
• Use minimal words (strong hook-based text)
• Work well on mobile
• Feel premium and authoritative
• Be instantly recognisable as a series
We want thumbnails that compete visually with top educational creators — clean, confident, and intentional.
