Our current GoHighLevel accounts need clean architecture: reliable workflows, scalable sub-accounts, strong deliverability, and intelligent lead nurturing. We want someone who thinks in systems — not just quick fixes.
Scope of Work (Key Responsibilities)
Full GoHighLevel CRM setup & restructuring (pipelines, opportunities, custom fields/objects, smart lists, tagging)
Build & optimize advanced GoHighLevel workflows (triggers, branching logic, multi-step automations for email/SMS)
Design high-converting GoHighLevel funnels & landing pages (lead capture, appointment booking, order forms)
Implement AI voice agents and conversational automation (prompt engineering, natural flows, objection handling)
Handle API integrations, webhooks, Zapier, , n8n for third-party sync (e.g., calendars, payments, external CRMs)
Set up A2P 10DLC compliance, Twilio/SMS configuration, deliverability fixes & troubleshooting
Configure attribution tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, UTM, last-click ROAS dashboards)
Create snapshots/templates for multi-location/multi-brand GoHighLevel sub-accounts & agency scaling
Audit existing setups, identify gaps, and implement best practices for performance & reliability
Project Type & Details
Ongoing project (initial tasks + long-term retainer potential)
Hourly or fixed-price per milestone (open to discussion)
Requirements / Must-Haves
2+ years deep, hands-on GoHighLevel expertise (not beginner/cert-only)
Proven examples of GHL CRM, automation workflows, funnels, AI agents, and API/n8n/Zapier builds
Experience with A2P compliance, SMS/email deliverability, and complex integrations
Excellent English communication & proactive mindset
Availability for calls (our timezone: flexible, but quick responses during business hours)

Agency/multi-client GoHighLevel experience
SaaS mode or white-label setups
Healthcare, home services, insurance, or lead-gen niche knowledge
