About
We have our Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), and TikTok Ads accounts fully set up and ready to go. We are now looking for a seasoned Performance Marketer to take the wheel, finalize the campaign structures, and officially launch our advertising efforts.
What You'll Do:
Technical Audit: Briefly verify that existing pixels, GTM tags, and conversion tracking are firing correctly before we spend a dime.
Campaign Architecture: Build out the initial campaigns (Search for Google, creative-led sets for Meta/TikTok) using our existing assets.
Launch & Monitor: Execute the launch and provide daily monitoring during the "learning phase" to ensure stability.
Creative Feedback: Advise on our current creative assets and suggest quick wins to improve CTR/hook rates.
Scaling: Once we hit our target CPA/ROAS, help us strategically increase spend.
Requirements:
Immediate Availability: We are ready to go now.
Full-Stack Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Data-First Approach: You must be comfortable with GA4 and attribution—we don't just want clicks; we want tracked conversions.
Optimization Mindset: Experience in A/B testing copy and creative rapidly.
Project Details:
Timeline: Immediate start. Initial focus is the launch phase (first 2–4 weeks), with a long-term management option for the right person.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
