We are a premium, design-led homewares eCommerce brand based in Singapore.
Our products are high-quality, high-AOV interior pieces (AOV ~SGD $250–350). We are not a dropship brand. We care deeply about positioning, brand integrity, and building a long-term, profitable brand.
We have recently engaged an SEO expert and are now looking for a senior SEM partner to build and scale Google Ads properly.
We are not looking for traffic.
We are looking for commercially profitable growth.

The Opportunity
We are not currently running Google Ads.
We want to introduce Google in a structured, phased way — beginning with high-intent capture and scaling only when performance proves commercially viable.
We are disciplined about capital allocation.
Budget will increase only if performance justifies it.
If your strategy relies on large initial spend without clear commercial logic, this role is not for you.

Scope of Work
• Full account architecture from scratch
• Brand vs non-brand search segmentation
• High-intent keyword strategy
• Google Shopping structure & feed optimisation (in collaboration with SEO)
• Controlled testing roadmap
• Remarketing strategy (if justified)
• Clear weekly reporting tied to business metrics

• Performance Max
• Bing Ads
• YouTube / Display remarketing

• Clear CAC benchmarks for non-brand campaigns

Mandatory Application Questions

1. What is the largest eCommerce account you have personally managed? Include monthly ad spend and performance metrics.
2. Share a specific example where you reduced CAC or improved ROAS. Include before/after numbers.
3. How would you structure a phased rollout for a high-AOV brand entering Google Ads for the first time?
4. When does Performance Max damage performance rather than improve it?
5. If we gave you a controlled initial test budget, how would you allocate it and why?
6. What commercial metrics do you require from us to determine breakeven and scaling logic?

Ideal Profile
• 5+ years hands-on Google Ads experience
• Proven eCommerce scaling track record
• Comfortable discussing CAC, contribution margin, and blended performance
• Strategic thinker — not just a campaign executor
• Experience with premium or lifestyle brands preferred

• You will personally manage the account (no delegation to juniors)
• You manage no more than 5–7 active accounts at a time
• You are comfortable discussing contribution margin and CAC targets
