About

We are looking for a reliable and experienced E-commerce Customer Service Agent to support our growing online store. You will be the first point of contact for customers and responsible for clear, professional and policy-based communication.
The goal is simple: excellent customer experience, fewer refunds, fewer chargebacks, and structured support.
This is a long-term remote role with light daily hours.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Customer Service, Email Support, Order Tracking, Product Knowledge, Customer Support, Zendesk, Answered Ticket, Order Processing, Customer Satisfaction, Shopify
