About
I am looking for step-by-step support, conceptual clarification, and help validating my modelling and calculations.
The project involves:
• Conceptual aircraft sizing (wing loading, thrust loading, take-off estimation)
• Aerodynamic modelling in OpenVSP and VSPAero
• Extraction and interpretation of lift, drag and moment coefficients
• Static stability analysis (neutral point, static margin, tail volume coefficient)
• Longitudinal 3-DOF modelling in MATLAB/Simulink
• Trimming, linearisation, and eigenvalue-based stability assessment
• Basic structural spar modelling and load estimation
I am seeking someone with strong experience in:
Aerospace engineering / flight dynamics
Aircraft stability and control
MATLAB and Simulink
OpenVSP or similar aerodynamic tools
Please share relevant aerospace experience (academic or industry) and availability.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
