I am the founder of a UK-based natural skincare and aromatherapy brand. I am also a Filipina.
I am currently in a structured stabilisation phase of business growth and am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Junior Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support light content repurposing and administrative tasks.
This is a structured, part-time role with potential to increase hours after a 3-month performance review if we are a good fit.
Potential to move into a longer-term retainer arrangement after 3 months based on performance and working relationship.
Schedule
Work must be completed within:
Monday–Wednesday
4–8 PM PH Time
Weekly 30-minute meeting required within this window.
Scope of Work
Weekly Content Creation (Main Task)
Each week I will provide:
• One educational topic
• Bullet teaching points
Based on what I provide You will:
• Create & Draft 1 blog post (600–800 words)
• Create & Draft 1 email summary
• Create & Draft 1 social media post (reel caption or carousel copy)
• Schedule blog, email, and social posts
Admin Support
• Organise photo and video files in Google Drive
• Update bookkeeping and records (data entry and organising only)
• Collate invoices and receipts
• Light calendar organisation
• Basic email follow-ups (templates provided)
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
