About
We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer proficient in Adobe InDesign to help us build a suite of internal and external documents centered around our Enterprise Operating System (EOS) rollout.
We will provide the brand style guide, logos, and specific fonts. Your role is to take our existing content and organizational takeaways and transform them into professional, cohesive, and editable assets.
Scope of Work
The project consists of four primary deliverables:
1. Editable EOS VTO Template:
Rebuild our Vision-Traction Organizer (VTO) template to incorporate our specific EOS takeaways.
Requirement: The final InDesign file must allow for easy text updates to the "Rocks," "To-Do Lists," "Issues List," and the "1-Year and 3-Year Plans."
2. Internal EOS Overview Document:
A clean, professional document for internal distribution.
This will adapt a standard EOS overview but must be fully aligned with our branding and specific organizational details.
3. EOS Introductory Slide Deck:
A comprehensive deck that introduces EOS concepts and unpacks our specific company takeaways.
We are looking for a significant design upgrade over standard examples—clean, modern, and engaging.
3. External Vision Booklet:
A high-end vision statement booklet for suppliers, potential hires, and distributors.
This will serve as a company overview, potentially incorporating historical elements.
The final deliverable for this will be a high-quality PDF.
Technical Requirements
Expertise in Adobe InDesign: All source files must be delivered in .indd format (packaged with links and fonts).
Editable Layouts: Ability to create "Master Pages" and "Character/Paragraph Styles" so we can update specific data points (like the VTO Rocks) without breaking the layout.
Brand Alignment: Strict adherence to our provided style guide.
Experience: Previous experience designing corporate booklets, slide decks, or business system templates is highly preferred.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
