About
What we're looking for:
Experience managing focused DTC brands (not ecommerce catalogs with 100s of SKUs)
Proven ability to profitably manage and grow accounts in the $5K–$10K/month ad spend range
Experience working with subscription-based products preferred
Strong understanding of full-funnel Google strategy (Search, Performance Max, Shopping)
Strategic thinker who focuses on efficiency, testing, and steady growth — not just campaign setup
Important details:
This is a monthly retainer role (no commission or percentage of ad spend)
Intended to be a long-term engagement
Shopping Ads are relevant (this is ecommerce)
Campaigns are already live — you'll be taking over and optimizing, not starting from scratch
How we'll start:
We'll begin with a full account audit. You'll review the current setup, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and present a clear improvement plan before moving into ongoing management. This allows us to understand your thinking and strategic approach.
