About

Seeking an experienced freelancer to assist with SQL code and VBA in Microsoft Access for a small business database project. The ideal candidate will be able to provide help with specific questions about writing SQL code tailored to our unique needs when we encounter problems that we can't solve in-house. Some examples include: writing code to create indented reports for recursive BOM lists with multiple levels of subassemblies, duplicating the data from a form, including all the details within a subform, to easily create similar subassembly parts lists, and tracking ins and outs of inventory based on parts ordering, P.O.s, and manufacturing. We are currently looking for brief consultations as needed to support our team in writing or editing the sql code needed for a specific task within larger projects, but may also need broader advice for the overall function of the database in the future.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Microsoft Access Programming, Microsoft Access
Optional skills: Visual Basic for Applications, Claris FileMaker
