About
We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel + builder to help implement a client intake and document collection workflow for a travel / corporate services business.
This is not a marketing funnel project it's an operations-focused system including:
intake pipeline + custom fields
individual + group intake forms
document uploads to Google Drive
automated confirmation & reminder emails
payment links (manual confirmation in this phase)
A detailed automation spec will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
Requirements
You should have:
Strong GoHighLevel experience (pipelines, forms, workflows)
Strong experience (GHL + Google Drive integrations)
Experience building document-heavy or onboarding workflows
Ability to document your work and provide a walkthrough at handoff
This role is for builders who understand operational systems, not just funnels.
Timeline
Approx. 5–8 business days.
