About
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a creative, fast, and AI-driven Video Ad Editor to produce high-performing video ads using both traditional footage and AI-generated content.
AI is not optional in this role — it is a core part of how we operate.
You will work with modern AI tools to generate visuals, improve workflows, speed up editing, create voiceovers, enhance scripts, and test creative variations at scale. If you are excited about AI and constantly learning new tools, this role is for you.
If you are not comfortable learning new AI systems quickly, this position will not be a good fit.
This is a long-term role for someone who wants stable work, rapid skill growth, and the opportunity to become a key creative asset in a performance-driven e-commerce business.
Your Responsibilities
Edit short-form video ads for e-commerce
Produce Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives
Use AI tools to generate video elements, voiceovers, hooks, and variations
Rapidly learn and adapt to new AI creative tools
Source UGC-style content and stock footage
Create strong hooks and scroll-stopping openings
Add captions, subtitles, and dynamic on-screen text
Create and edit voiceovers (AI and manual)
Basic sound design and motion graphics
Create multiple variations for creative testing
Organize creative assets efficiently
Track creatives in Google Sheets
Communicate via Slack
Understand performance concepts (hooks, angles, CTAs, testing structure)
What We're Looking For
Experience editing short-form e-commerce ads
Strong skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Experience with AI tools OR strong willingness to learn fast
Ability to quickly adopt new AI workflows
Strong understanding of Meta ad formats
Fast execution without sacrificing quality
Creative problem-solving mindset
High attention to detail
Reliable internet and computer capable of video editing
Looking for long-term growth in a fast-paced environment
