About

We are building and scaling our wholesale channel using Shopify Plus B2B and are looking for a Shopify B2B Solutions Architect / Consultant to help design, optimize, and scale our wholesale systems. We have the foundational structure in place and need a strategic partner who can recommend best practices, design scalable workflows, and help build the architecture for our wholesale operations inside Shopify. This is not a basic Shopify setup role — we are looking for a systems thinker who understands wholesale operations and can design scalable solutions.
What You'll Help Design & Implement
• Architect Shopify Plus B2B wholesale structure and workflows
• Design company account structure and data flow (company → customer → order)
• Configure and optimize price lists and tiered pricing strategies
• Design and implement Shopify Flow automations
• Ensure company-level data flows correctly to customers and orders
• Design invoicing workflows and payment term triggers
• Recommend scalable wholesale operational processes
• Optimize retailer ordering experience (B2B storefront)
• Recommend best practices for wholesale architecture
• Document processes and system design
• Advise leadership on long-term wholesale scalability
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 10 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Shopify, Web Development, Web Design, JavaScript, Marketing Strategy
