About
We are implementing an AI-assisted intake and operational automation system for a private behavioral health practice.
This is not a generic chatbot project.
We need a technically strong automation developer who understands CRM workflow architecture, API integrations, and call handling infrastructure.
Primary objective:
Stabilize intake, scheduling, and inbound communication workflows while preserving HIPAA-conscious data boundaries.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills: Customer Relationship Management, Python, API, Automation, Twilio API, Email Communication, API Integration
