About
What you will do:
The Reporting Team drives operational performance, quality improvement, and automation support. They provide operational analysis to allow for optimal business decisions in Distribution Centers.
In a fast-paced environment, they find data-driven solutions under tight deadlines while collaborating with Distribution Center Operations and Supply Chain Leadership Teams.
· Creation of operational reporting to drive change
· Maintenance of dashboards / reports/servers
· Carry out detailed root cause analysis and investigation on various Distribution Centre processes, functions and systems
· Assist analytical projects and collaborating with stakeholders
· Conduct benchmark analysis (internal and industry) on tools, processes, and performance measures
· Provide data support and expertise to DC Operations
· Create reports and dashboards for distribution key performance indicators
· Support Supply Chain leadership decision making with ad hoc analysis
· Evolving dashboards/reporting to include AI elements
· Other tasks as assigned
What you bring :
· A Post-Secondary Education in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including extensive experience in building dashboards, leveraging multiple data sources, and creating detailed visualizations.
· Proficient in writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various data sources.
· Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to conceptualize complex issues, organize information effectively, and solve problems efficiently.
· Strong facilitation skills capable of leading discussions and presentations.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for interacting with all levels of the organization.
· Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive projects from initiation to completion.
· Proven track record of successfully participating in large-scale projects is a plus.
· Demonstrated experience in performing data analysis and offering actionable recommendations to leadership teams.
· Experience handling large datasets is considered an asset.
· A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
· Familiarity with data source technologies such as Data Lakes, Snowflake, Hadoop, PPA, and EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) is an advantage.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python is desirable.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Access, Excel, and Visio.
· Experience with AI tools including Machine Learning frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Bricks is a valuable asset.
