Summary
As an Inventory Manager, you will accurately document and track all product inventory from receiving, production, packaging, testing and sales fulfillment. You'll manage inventory with a critical focus on compliance and customer service, and will facilitate and assist with all sale transactions, including being a point of contact for our company sales reps. For this position, you must be able to work a flexible 
schedule. 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory control based on company standards and government regulations
    • Document and enter all receiving and outbound inventory into CTLS, and/or other government-specific inventory tracking system
      o Ensure daily audits of physical inventory are accurately completed; ensuring clear & compliant labeling of all inventories
      o Maintain a clean and organized inventory and ensure a safe working environment
      o Ensure inventory vaults are organized, and inventory is properly labeled and stored
      o Ensure all transfers are logged from inventory items into finished packaged sellable units
      o Report any product that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory
  •  Oversee day to day fulfillment of orders; completion of documentation, coordinating daily plans,
    assigning tasks, setting employee schedules, and providing support where needed.
  •  Responsible for overseeing employees; directly managing and training on procedures and processes, providing regular performance feedback and coaching if applicable. 
  •  Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
  •  Oversee raw materials inventory is accurate through daily review and approval of cycle counts and monthly review and approval of end of month counts.
  •  Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Experience: At least 3 years of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, logistics or production manufacturing, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  •  Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.
  •  Cannabis Tracking experience preferred.

  • Must have strong attention to detail 
  • Must understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
  • Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment
  •  Computer Skills: Microsoft suite (core applications), Google, Slack, experience in Jira and/or other management platforms and software preferred
  • Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written 
  •  Math Skills: Possess basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required between buildings and sites
  • Ability to maintain and manage confidential information
  • Provincial regulations require all applicants must be 19 years of age or older
  • ServSafe, Food Handler's or FOODSAFE Level 1 card preferred
  •  Will be required to submit to a background check
  • Must obtain all applicable government-required permits, licenses, and certifications

Benefits
You'll receive a salary rate of  $80,000 - $95,000/yr. (CAD), 12 paid holidays, 120 hours vacation time, RRSP matching, and supplemental health, dental and vision insurance.
