To start we are looking for someone who can take on 15 hours per week with the oppertunity to increase to 30 hours per week.
What You'll Be Doing:
-Scout, outreach, and manage communication with UGC creators
-Track project timelines and coordinate deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
-Build and update client-facing decks (Google Slides) for both creative presentations and performance reporting
-Pull performance data (CPA, ROAS, Spend, CTR, etc.) from Meta Ads Manager to populate client decks
-Support the creative team with small project management tasks from start to finish
You should have:
-Excellent communication and organization skills (this is a must)
-Experience working in a creative or marketing agency
-Familiarity with casting UGC creators or managing cold outreach
-Confidence managing multiple moving parts and following up with creators or teammates to keep things on track
-Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides is the most important), Slack, and Meta Ads Manager
