What you'll do:
Customer Support
· Monitor customer inbox (email/Shopify)
· Answer order status and delivery questions
· Provide tracking updates
· Handle issues professionally and escalate when needed
Order Processing
· Review new orders in Shopify admin
· Place orders with our supplier using provided login and payment method
· Copy tracking numbers into Shopify
· Mark orders fulfilled
Light Admin (during slower periods)
· Monitor product inventory/availability
· Check competitor ads in Meta Ad Library (screenshot new creatives)
· Log customer feedback from competitor reviews
· Test website checkout flow weekly

2. Have you ever placed orders through a supplier dashboard (like AliExpress or similar)? Which platforms have you used?
3. A customer emails saying their order hasn't arrived and they're frustrated. Walk me through how you'd respond and what steps you'd take.
4. You accidentally mark an order fulfilled with the wrong tracking number. The customer messages you. What do you do?
5. What's your experience with customer service in general? Have you handled refunds, chargebacks, or delivery disputes before?

Requirements:
· Fluent written English (clear, professional)
· Reliable internet and quiet workspace
· Available for a paid test task
· Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms preferred
