I'm looking for an individual who is proficient with photoshop in order to create high end thumbnails. IDEALLY What I'm looking for is if I gave you a title, I would expect a CLICKBAIT thumbnail with catchy text matching the title.
My topic is: Harry Potter Explainer
This is a customized request but it will consist of ongoing work (1/week to start with).
I have attached example thumbnails but can send more if needed.

YOU:
1) Need to be CREATIVE. The stance I am looking for is someone to put in their shoes and basically depict an image answering the question: "What would I PERSONALLY click on if I saw this thumbnail?"
2) Need to be able to bounce ideas off of me or have their own innovative/ creative mindset to create better thumbnails that are already existing
3) Need to create high quality edits when needed
4) Make sure you're able to understand and translate the title and script into the perfect thumbnail
5) Are not afraid to discuss with me.
These thumbnails shouldn't take long to create as they just require a creative mindset.
Have you seen the example thumbnail- can you make something similar if needed? I'm looking for HIGHLY clickable thumbnails.
I am paying $6-10 per thumbnail (1/week to start). Is this agreeable to you? Expect ongoing work long term.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
