About
We are looking for a highly capable all-in-one operator to handle the entire project end-to-end, including:
• Building a professional Shopify store
• Creating 10 original digital products
• Creating 4 highly illustrated custom storybooks
• Setting up membership/subscription system
• Uploading and configuring everything
• Preparing the platform for full launch
This role is designed to be fully hands-off from our side. You will be responsible for executing the entire project professionally with minimal input required from us. However, it is extremely important that you take the time to fully understand the brand, including the characters, personality, tone, and visual identity, colors etc. This includes studying our YouTube channel, understanding the character appearances, expressions, and traits, as well as the colors, style, and overall feel of the brand. All digital products, storybooks, and visual assets must feel authentic and consistent with the existing brand, as they are a direct extension of an already established and recognized brand.
We already have:
• Domain
• Stripe account
• Established global kids YouTube audience
Everything else will be built by you.
Project Scope Summary
Within 90 days, you will deliver:
• Fully operational Shopify store (mobile friendly in mind)
• Membership subscription system
• 10 fully completed digital products
• Including 4 fully illustrated custom storybooks
• Fully launch-ready platform
Fixed Project Budget and Milestones
Total fixed project budget: $6,000
Milestone 1: $2,000 — Store Build and Foundation (Days 1–30)
Milestone 2: $2,000 — Create 4 Fully Illustrated Storybooks (Days 31–60)
Milestone 3: $2,000 — Remaining Products, Membership, and Launch (Days 61–90)
This budget includes product creation, illustration coordination, store build, and full setup.
Shopify monthly fees and app subscriptions will be paid separately by us.
Milestone 1 (Days 1–30): Shopify Store Build and Foundation ($2,000)
Deliverables required:
Fully working Shopify store with:
• Domain connected
• Stripe connected and tested
• Mobile-optimized professional design
• Fast loading and conversion-focused
Required pages completed:
• Homepage
• Store page
• Product page template
• Membership page
• About page
• Contact page
Store infrastructure completed:
• Product delivery system configured
• Download delivery working
• Product categories created
Example product categories:
• Storybooks
• Activity Packs
• Workbooks
• Parent Guides
Goal: Fully functional store ready for product upload.
Milestone 2 (Days 31–60): Creation of 4 Fully Illustrated Custom Storybooks ($2,000)
You will create 4 original, highly illustrated custom storybooks.
Each storybook must include:
• Original written story (child-appropriate, engaging)
• Professional illustrations on every page
• Minimum 10–15 illustrated pages per book
• Professional layout and formatting
• Delivered as sellable PDF digital product
You may hire and manage illustrators if needed within the project budget.

Example 1:

Story about overcoming fear and believing in yourself.
Example 2:
"Youtubers name" Magical School Adventure"
Story about friendship, learning, and bravery.
Example 3:
"Youtubers name and the Kindness Challenge"
Story teaching kindness and empathy.
Example 4:
"Youtubers name Discover Their Secret Talent"
Story about self-confidence and discovering strengths.
All storybooks must be visually appealing and suitable for ages 4–10.
Goal: 4 premium storybooks ready for sale.
Milestone 3 (Days 61–90): Remaining Products, Membership System, and Launch ($2,000)
You will create 6 additional digital products:
Examples:
Printable activity packs:
• Puzzle pack
• Coloring pack
• Educational activity pack
Workbooks:
• Kids confidence workbook
• Creativity workbook
Parent guide:
• Parent guide on building confidence in children
All products must be original and professionally formatted.
Membership system setup completed:
• Subscription billing working
• Member login system
• Members-only product section
Email automation setup completed:
• Purchase confirmation emails
• Membership welcome email
• Download delivery emails
Final launch readiness:
• Store fully operational
• All products live
• Download delivery tested
• Membership tested
Goal: Fully operational revenue-ready platform.
Important Scope Clarification
This is an all-in project.
You are responsible for:
• Store creation
• Product creation
• Illustration coordination (if needed)
• Uploading products
• Membership setup
• Full launch preparation
This project must be completed within the fixed budget.
Shopify and app subscription costs will be covered separately by us.

Future Opportunity
If this project is successful, there is potential for ongoing monthly work, including:
• Creating additional highly illustrated custom storybooks
• Expanding the digital product library with new activity packs, workbooks, and educational products
• Developing and launching physical products (such as printed books, activity books, merchandise, and branded items)
• Managing and scaling the Shopify store as the product catalog grows
• Expanding the brand into products for older age groups (including ages 11+, such as advanced activity books, creative guides, and confidence-building content tailored to older kids and early teens)
• Helping evolve the platform into a long-term scalable brand ecosystem
