About
I'm looking for someone who can:
Manage the process of creating finished visual assets
Help prepare and publish the content on Instagram
This role is part creative coordination, part project management, part social support.
Responsibilities
Artist Research & Outreach
Identify strong AI artists, illustrators, or digital creators
Handle outreach and initial communication
Help define scope and pricing
Project Management
Create simple timelines and track deliverables
Communicate feedback clearly to artists
Organize files and final assets
Ensure deliverables are formatted for Instagram
Instagram Support
Format posts and reels
Upload and schedule content
Help maintain a consistent visual grid
Track basic performance metrics
Ideal Candidate
Strong organizational skills
Experience managing creative projects
Familiar with AI art tools
Comfortable working with artists
Good aesthetic judgment
Some experience with Instagram content publishing
Bonus:
Experience in spirituality, philosophy, psychology, or contemplative work
Background in art direction or creative production
Engagement Structure
Part-time (5–10 hours/week to start)
