We require 3 forms of IM.
1. Long form IM
2. Short form IM
3. A three page/deck teaser
- Will require Confidentiality and NDA.
- This is in the FMG, health and beauty, sports & wellbeing sector
- Will require detailed market analysis including TAM & SOM, broken down by product categories and regions
- Marketing and go to market Strategy
- Product, engineering and manufacturing road maps
- Full 3 year financials, with a 5 year outlook including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Market valuation
- Financials require a sensitivity analysis
- Capital Raise targets and corresponding Cap table
- Capital raise offer
- Use of funds
- Stages of growth over 3 horizons
- Investors exit strategy
- Org Structure
- Detailed risk assessment
- We have brand guidelines
- Will need appropriate graphics
If you have a proven track record and examples you can demonstrate in developing IMs, we would like to hear from you
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Graphic Design, Content Writing, Microsoft Excel, Writing, Marketing Strategy, Market Research, Sales, Data Mining, Development of distrubition channels, Finantial projections, Assesseing the competive land scape, Capital Raising, Product Roadmap
